1. Defined Terms
SaaS: Refers to the Clino Opera clinical curation platform hosted in our secure cloud infrastructure and made available via browser or mobile app.
Tenant: The legal entity (medical practice, hospital or institution) that enters into this agreement to utilize the platform.
User: Any individual authorized by the tenant to access the platform.
Unless otherwise stated, these terms hold the legal weight required for interpretation under LGPD and HIPAA-compliant frameworks.
2. Subscription and Cancellation
Access to Clino Opera is predicated on an active subscription model by selecting a tier.
Subscription Cycle
Billing occurs on the first day of each cycle. We offer monthly and annual commitments.
Cancellation Rights
Tenants may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the active billing period.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clino Opera shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
The Clinical Curator model is a decision-support tool and does not replace the licensed medical judgment of a healthcare professional.
Maximum Aggregate Liability
In no event shall total liability exceed the amount paid by the tenant in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
